Refund policy
Returns
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. However, we understand that occasionally a product may not meet your expectations. Our return policy is designed to be straightforward and hassle-free.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when we shipped it to you. It must also be in the original packaging and shipped back within 14 days of delivery confirmation. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us at support@minifig.ai. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyer may be responsible for paying for return shipping and restocking fees.
If your return is accepted, we will:
• Send you a return shipping label.
• Print the return label and securely attach it to a suitable shipping carton.
• Returns must be shipped back to us within 5 days of receiving your return label.
• Provide detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
Important Note:
Please request a return before sending the items back to us. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
The buyer is responsible for covering original shipping and handling, return shipping, and a restocking fee may apply.
We reserve the right to reject returned products if there is damage to the product and/or its packaging.
If a product is deemed unfit for return, Minifig.ai will notify the customer of the rejection, and no return/refund will be issued.
We are only able to credit the original credit card used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 8 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including open box, certified, used, bulk Lego® items and any other used products. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item, please feel free to reach out to us.
Damaged Shipments
If the package is damaged, please refuse the delivery. Damaged shipments must be identified upon receipt. If the package has already been delivered, please notify us immediately. Upon notification, please contact the carrier for resolution.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@minifig.ai and we will arrange the replacement.
Late or Missing Refunds
Check Your Bank Account:
• If you haven’t received a refund yet, start by checking your bank account. Sometimes refunds take a little time to appear.
Contact Your Credit Card Company:
• Reach out to your credit card company. They may need some time to officially post the refund to your account.
Contact Your Bank:
• Banks often have their own processing time for refunds. Get in touch with your bank to inquire about the status.
Still No Refund?
• If you’ve completed the above steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@minifig.ai
